Shout out to CGS senior Rodrigo Torres!
Rodrigo took 1st place at the Young Entrepreneurs Showcase, hosted by the Youth Business Initiative in Norwalk this summer, and earned a $3,000 prize to help grow his award-winning business!
Through the program, Rodrigo learned how to start and run a business, eventually launching his own LLC: Navello, a travel app designed to help users book trips, connect with people around the world, complete challenges, and build the most personalized travel experience possible.
With a global mindset, Navello builds community across cultures, perfectly reflecting the international values and vision that Rodrigo has learned at the Center for Global Studies.
